Referrals are accepted from self, psychologists, GP's, psychiatrist's, organisations, EAP's, social workers and other organisations/professionals. The decision to seek counselling for some people can be a time of turmoil and conflict but counselling can provide you with a safe and confidential place in which you are provided with the unique opportunity to share and experience your thoughts, feelings and behaviour with a qualified professional.  Through counselling you will be able to gain a deeper understanding as to your difficulties and will have the opportunity to explore and use skills in order for you to be able to reach desired goals, explore your issues, take responsibility of your life, make choices and decisions you may have felt unable to make which will lead you to leading a more fulfilled, confident and content life. There will be times when counselling is uncomfortable but you will be able to 'make moves towards solutions' and achieve personal change and growth in a friendly, supportive atmosphere. You pay for my time, the treatment comes free!
