All you have to do is give me a ring on 07786073898 or e-mail me at debs@freedom-counselling.co.uk, tell me what it is that you would like, or the problem you are experiencing and I will make a complete mind therapy CD designed to your individual needs. All you have to do is listen to the tape everyday for 28 days and you will feel the benefit almost as though I was there. So, if you need that something extra to relax or need it to tackle an individual problem why not try it out.  I will make you your individualised tape for the price of £50.00 including postage and packaging and send it to you within a week of receiving your payment.  You don't even need to leave your house.  Or if you just want something to relax but is not tailored individually, I also provide relaxation CD's for the price of £5.00, yes £5.00.  You get two relaxation sessions on each CD.  This can be an imagery technique or a specialised technique to help with PTSD or phobias.    You are paying for my time in making your individualised tape, not for the therapy, the therapy comes free!
